The Job

We are currently seeking to identify a hands-on Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) individual that can lead, provide thought solution, work in an agile manner and are passionate about technology.

It is a highly technical position and will require strong knowledge of automation using Java based technologies like Java, Selenium, Application Servers, SQL Scripting and Unix.

  • Strong Experience in Core Java Development (Coding).
  • Desired Experience on Selenium web driver with Java.
  •  Excellent understanding of OOPS concepts.
  • Developing automated test scripts from functional specifications.
  • Running and maintaining automation test scripts.
  • Working experience with Maven/Jenkins Framework.
  •  Experience in integrating Continuous Integration with Automation Framework.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Continuous Integration implementation for Test Automation using Jenkins, Maven and SVN/GIT.

 

Your Profile

Engineering or Bachelor’s degree in CS, QA, or IT preferred (or equivalent experience) from a reputed institution with 4-9 years’ experience in the following primary Skill set:

  • Design, develop, document, and maintain automated tests suites using Selenium/Java.
  • Adherence to best coding practices and automation engineering best practices
  • Must have implemented one or more automation framework models from scratch (data driven, keyword driven & Hybrid framework).
  • Continue expanding the test suites to ensure enough test coverage for both functional, regression.
  •  Identify opportunities to improve maintainability of automation platform.
  • Provide timely status on assignments, planned activities, issues, and dependencies.
  • Perform automated testing, analyse test results, report defect into the bug tracking system and push/drive issues to resolution.
  • Willing to work as Individual contributor.
