As a User Researcher, you will be a part of the Digital Product organization that is building the next generation of best-in-class digital experiences for key customers in India and its South Asia markets.
You will work closely with important stakeholders in the organization to craft the user-centric product strategy that enables a delightful consumer experience for millions of users for food discovery, ordering and fulfilment for digital products in India and in key markets.
As a member of the Product & UED team, you will be responsible for inspiring user-centric changes in the product that will help us create simple-to-use, lovable experiences around food as well as continuously innovating on our existing user experience. Your specific responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:
1. Execution for User Research in the organization
2. Generate & share insights that influence & drive product strategy & execution
3. Craft user-centric KPIs & measure impact
4. Drive strategic initiatives to build a user-centric culture
5. People & Partner Management
We are looking out for a specialist with overall 7+ years of experience in user research with a demonstrated ability to apply strategic thinking to meet consumer and business needs. Candidates specialised in Human Factors Engineering, Human Computer Interaction, Design Strategy, Digital Media Design, Anthropology, Psychology or other similar fields is highly preferred.
