Job summary

The candidate should be skilled in learning consulting and delivery with expertise and experience in learning management systems (LMS), creating and delivering learning solutions to meet client’s business needs. Should have conducted Data Analysis, Stakeholder Management and Data Migration strategy, and be aware of the latest trends in corporate learning and future of learning.

Should demonstrate expertise in problem solving and solutioning for client’s LMS related needs.

Summary of essential job functions

  • The Learning Architect interacts with the client stakeholders and takes responsibility of leading the content development project. He/she is also responsible for developing the schedule, managing teams, managing risks, and reporting progress on a periodic basis. 
  • The Learning Architect develops configuration, data migration and implementation plans
  • The Learning Architect Implements/ configure/ support LMS
  • The Learning Architect develops test plans/ test scripts (unit testing/ integration testing / UAT)
  • The Learning Architect creates data migration and cutover strategy/ plan
  • The Learning Architect develops standard and custom reports based on client requirements
  • The Learning Architect creates custom pages/ home pages based on client branding guidelines using HTML/CSS/JS

Minimum requirements

  • 6 – 10 years of relevant experience in implementing LMS solution
  • Deep functional knowledge of Cornerstone LMS (CSOD Certification preferred), SABA, SuccessFactors, SumTotal
  • Experience with data migration from other solutions to LMS
  • Successfully executed at least one data migration project in lead role.
  • Advanced ability to work with Microsoft applications, especially Excel, Access, ASP .NET, SQL
  • Capabilities in Workday Learning, Degreed LxP, EdCast LxP, LRS will be an add-on
  • Technical and Functional expertise on LMS integrations with other systems (APIs), content library integrations, content formats (SCORM/ AICC/ TinCan) will be an add-on
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JS or frameworks/libraries will be an add-on
