Minimum requirements

This job requires knowledge of different instructional design methods and interactivity models. As such, a Bachelors' degree or higher in Literature, Engineering, Mathematics or related discipline plus minimum two years of relevant instructional design experience is required. The person should have excellent verbal and oral communication skills. Going through a certification or training in Instructional design would be an additional advantage.

Abilities required

• Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content
• Experience to work with subject matter experts and identifying target audience’s training needs
• Ability to apply instructional design theories, practice and methods
• Requires advanced knowledge and a thorough understanding of the learning environment and customer needs to develop a courseware
• Solid knowledge of instructional design models and learning theories
• Ability to contribute to a high-performing, motivated workgroup by applying interpersonal and collaboration skills to achieve project goals and realize value
• Ability to contribute to the creation of an environment that facilitates high performance and motivates individuals to work collaboratively as a team
• Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem     -solving environment. This job requires to define learning objectives and accordingly deliver Instructional design content
• Ability to interact with clients and explain the concept behind the story board and the instructional design techniques used.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
• Ability to work individually as well as in team.
• Ability to work with authoring tools
• Ability to design and development of training material, preferably for application training (SAP, Oracle, other ERPs)
• Ability to author content using various authoring tools: Adobe Captivate and/or Articulate Storyline
• Ability to design content for WBTs, concept videos, application simulations, and ILTs
• Experienced in creating concept video storyboarding and voice over scripts
