Purpose of the role & key responsibilities:

Looking for Sr consultant who are skilled in learning consulting and delivery with expertise and experience in designing, creating and delivering learning solutions to meet client’s business needs. Should have conducted Training Needs Analysis, Stakeholder Analysis and Developed Training strategy, and be aware of the latest trends in corporate learning and future of learning. Should demonstrate expertise in problem solving and solutioning for client’s learning related needs.

Required competencies and experience:

  • 10+  years of experience in designing, creating and delivering learning solutions to meet client’s business needs.
  • understanding the training needs, performance gap analysis, audience analysis, and develops training strategy for end user adoption and the training delivery plan.
  • works with the Sales team to understand the client requirements, develop training solution and estimate, writes proposals, and conducts what-if scenarios.
  • Interaction with the client stakeholders and takes responsibility of leading the content development project. He/she is also responsible for developing the schedule, managing teams, managing risks, and reporting progress on a periodic basis.
