The company has a stellar clients list that covers institutions, corporates and individual users through an institutional interface. An established, profitable organization, they are moving into a high value-added growth phase and are seeking to hire key talent that shares their passion and purpose.

The Job

The Head Human Resources is an integral part of the Leadership team and partner to the CEO, in translating the company’s growth journey into institution building. The role will lead and manage all Human Resources systems and processes.  

As a though leader, you will be required to:

  • Build an HR function that partners the business with a growth mindset while setting a strong foundation of people operations and best-in-class people practices.
  • Partner with the CEO office to achieve an alignment between business and people strategies thereby promoting a culture of high-performance and operational excellence.
  • Function as a strategic business advisor to the leadership of each business unit to meet key organizational objectives. Coach business heads on leadership, change management, talent engagement, and for a high-performance and growth-oriented mindset.
  • Ensure effective implementation of strategic initiatives through smart organizational design and strong change management practices.
  • Enable high organizational engagement that drives sustainable growth and employee satisfaction.
  • Establish strong people data analytics vertical for organization enablement and to promote data-driven decision-making.
  • Build a high-performing and engaged team that is capable of supporting high growth environment of the business.
Your Profile

Preferably an MBA from a reputed institution, you must have 15+ years of experience in the people function of which at least 5+ years must be as a functional leader at an organisational or BU level. Exposure to the technology industry will be a major advantage. We are seeking an individual with a self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset who will assist the CEO and the company’s board to build a people-centred strategy and make informed people & business decisions
