We are seeking for a Technical Product Manager/Solution Architect who wants to be part of driving digital transformation and redefining the IT landscape in the HR domain of the organization.


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Define technical product roadmap and optimize product Total Cost of Ownership (TCO)
  • Drive functional and non-functional requirements, conduct analysis and establish metrics for success
  • Prepare product decisions and initiate and govern execution of product development
  • Provide advice on standard methodologies, approaches
  • Collaborate cross areas with business, IT colleagues and suppliers to improve and optimize our product portfolio


Your Profile:

You will be part of developing IT landscape focused around the SAP SuccessFactors solution, taking ownership from a technical perspective and be the bridge between the business, group function HR and other partners.

  • Experience in IT design, development and architecture as well as in Product Management
  • Domain experience: +10 years of demonstrated ability as SuccessFactors Implementation consultant or Solution Architect
  • Experience in Global implementation of Employee Central and integrations with other products/tools.
  • Agile approach and ways of working
  • Work Experience from global IT Change Programs
  • SuccessFactors Employee Central certification preferred
