The role would demand overseeing & managing the participant pool / varied training programs & supporting the planning , preparation & execution of L & D programs & campaigns, calendar scheduling, program hosting, material preparation & cost analysis

The responsibilities are as follows:

  • Managing End to end lifecycle training program through LMS platform. Management of participant from initial registration & invites to final attendance
  • Hosting our virtual live sessions from opening the sessions, welcoming the participants, introducing the presenters & final closing
  • Communication with participants through out the entire learning program including cancellation requests or logistic related questions
  • Maintenance of training database : Updating participant status, registrations & cancellations , monthly MIS creation
  • Coordination with Subject Matter Expert, Project Managers & external agencies
  • Help driving learning campaigns to achieve maximum completion of the assigned programs
  • Build effective working relationship with key stakeholders

 

Desired Candidate Profile:

Exposure & Hands on experience in LMS (SABA, Successfactor, Adobe etc) or any HRMS system

Possess excellent organization & time management skill

Works cooperatively with team members, displaying high level of motivation & enthusiasm for the tasks

Possess strong interpersonal & communication skills
