A Global technology and management consultancy specializing in driving digital transformation across the financial services industry.

Key roles and responsibilities: -

  • Work on project management consulting engagements as part of a cross-cultural team across regions.
  • Take up a range of roles in the areas of process consulting, functional consulting, tech strategy, program management and change management
  • Analyse problems and come up with solutions, often creative and out-of-the-box
  • Apply project management consulting frameworks and methodologies to address problems.
  • Lead workshops to collaborate with client stakeholders and educate them throughout the process


Requirements for the role include: -

  • Looking to hire freshers/associates who are quick learners, and have an excellent communication skill with the ability to adapt to the changing landscapes
  • Full time MBA-Finance from top-tier business schools
  • • Candidates graduating in the year 2021/2020/2019 with a consistent and bright academic record
  • • 0-2 years of Financial services / industry experience
  • • Must have an excellent interpersonal, verbal, written communication, and presentation skills
  • • A genuine enthusiasm and interest in the financial services industry
  • Professional certifications in Agile/ Scrum Master is a plus
  • Experience with Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint, Excel is a plus
