The Job:
As a Team Lead Sales, you will manage team sales across identified accounts and build relationships to ensure continued business. Key deliverables include:

Provide leadership and generate revenues for the Station/Brand. Work closely with the team of Account Managers & regular monitoring of revenue target vs achievement on Radio & Digital platforms of Fever network

Develop & Implement Sales Strategy for the segment depending on clients, season etc

Enhance revenue through direct sales with respect to advertising/digital agencies and clients

Sales & Collection target allocation to Account Managers as per AOP & regular productivity, monitoring.

Ensuring achievement of AOP Revenue & Collection Targets as per plan through Account Managers

Work closely with team focusing on expanding client funnel & drive NBD, Pure Money, Client Led Activations (CLA), Advertiser Funded Programs (AFP), Dispersion, Effective Rate (ER) & RMS Growth

Ensure timely closure of deals along with team. Focus critical/key clients, design strategy & help speedy closure

Develop sales plans and goals by studying and understanding the station's market and approve sales promotion campaigns

Review operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability. Monitor and analyze sales and marketing activities against plan

Scan the environment to gain insights into competitor strategies, potential business opportunities and market trends

Identify key strengths and weaknesses of the function, assesses value chains and then formulate the future plans for the business

Ensure continuous training of AMs on Sales Tools, Product, Medium, Digital Elements etc

Understanding & effective usage of Digital/Social Media Sales: Metrics related to Campaigns like Impressions, Reach, CTR (Click Through Rates), Leads etc.

Understanding Digital/Social Media Pricing: CPM (Cost per Mille/Thousand), Cost per Click (CPC), Cost per Video View (CPVV), Cost Per Lead (CPL), Cost per Full Video View etc

Understanding of selling influencers on social media & their relative costing

Understanding basic formats of Digital Sales : Display, Video (Pre Roll, Mid Roll, Native, Contextual)

Effective monetization of all social/digital platforms of Fever network

Ensuring closures through digital marketing team for campaign execution
Your Profile :
You must be an MBA with 8-12 years of experience in Sales and Account Management, including a significant stint in the Radio/Print media industry with goo team handling experience. Experience in handling corporate sales with close client relationships is essential. Direct experience in Digital Media sales would be a definite advantage.
