1.Managing incidents / problems related to the services offered
2.communicating with both the external customer community as well as internal stake holders.
3.Updating the incident / problem periodically with the actions / RCA undertaken throughout.
4.Ensuring 100% compliance to processes and guide lines.
5.Updating knowledge base with solution / known errors for future use
6.Defining service standards & ITIL based guidelines that serve as benchmark for excellent service delivery, thereby contributing towards additional service revenue generation.
7.Service level agreement & operations level agreement management. Proficient in presentation and excel tools.
8.Lead large team of engineers with the right mix of skills to meet the customer deliverables.
