We are seeking to identify a Solution Specialist / Manager for their Global Sales Support Centre in NOIDA.
Key responsibilities for this role include:-
Good knowledge on Radio (LTE/WCDMA) & IP technologies. Well versed with solutions like 5G, IOT & e2e cloud.
- Understanding on customer pain points & proactively offer solutions based on need analysis of customer. Well versed with sales lifecycle
- Go getter attitude meeting quarterly sales targets & understand sales push thoroughly
- Great inter-personal & program management skills
- Should have Complete understanding of end to end sales life-cycle and well versed with Sales terminologies & KPIs such as Total Pipeline Value, Order Intake Forecast, Total value won, Sales funnel etc.
- Should be able to identify upsell/cross sell opportunities from Nokia’s portfolio through pain point analysis or market research or RFP analysis to contribute in GSS indigenous Sales push program “Analytics based Sales case generation”
- Should be able to build and develop trust-based relationships with sales and customer team’s key stakeholders with the aim of increasing Sales funnel
- Proactively track opportunities status with Sales and Customer teams on a regular basis so as to take them to a logical closure which would maximize business value of Nokia solutions to the end customer
Candidate should have 7-15 years of Experience in Radio/ Core Domain.
Good understanding of Telecom Sales lifecycle and well versed with Sales terminologies.
