EDGE is assisting Nokia Networks to identify top quality engineering candidates for RAN Specialist role for their global delivery services hub located at Chennai.

 Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Shift Timings: 24/7 Support.
  • Should have hands on experience in Nokia and Ericsson 4G competence.
  • Product experiences: RAN Domain (BTS, Nodeb, E Node b, BSC & RNC
  • Tier 2 Trouble shooting support for alarms during integration phase.
  • Providing Technical Support to Fault Management team on ongoing issues/faults.
  • Remote support for FE during integration and Troubleshooting by call.
  • Analysis of RAN alarms and prompt troubleshooting.
  • Take ownership and support in closure of all critical & emergency faults & issues raised to FM.
  • Understands FM main interfaces including: Field Operations, i.e. not only within NOC/GNOC.
