Position: Incident Management

  • Excellent Communication (Mandatory)
  • Should be open to work in Incident management profile
  • Telecom Technical Knowledge (Must)
  • ITIL Knowledge : Foundation Certification (Must).
  • Should have worked on Telecom Domain (RAN, CS Core, PS Core).

Your Profile

Candidates currently working as Team lead in Telecom domain will also be fine for consideration if not worked in Incident management.

  • Education: BE/B.Tech/ Diploma in Engineering
  • Minimum years of relevant experience: Min 3-6 years.
  • Work Timings/Shifts- 24*7 shift
