The Job

We are looking to hire Radio Conformance Test Engineer.

  • Ensuring that 4G/5G wireless base transceiver stations meet established radio conformance and performance quality standards.
  • Develop and execute test plans, test cases and test setups to verify and validate that products meet radio conformance goals.
  • The Device-Under-Test (DUT) would involve radio units in addition to subsystems with Layer 1, Layer 2 and Layer 3 functionality.
  • Strong knowledge in 5G/4G air interface and call processing technologies and network architecture specifically focused on Radio Access Network.
  • Good understanding of overall Wireless systems with emphasis on PHY, MAC, RLC, RRC and PDCP layers.
  • Experience with product testing, development of Test Plan and Test Cases
Your Profile
  • Proficient Knowledge on 3GPP Radio RF Conformance standards e.g 38.141, 36.141.
  • Develop and execute test plans, test cases and test setups to verify and validate that products meet radio conformance goals for 4G /NR Radio products.
  • Proficient in using general purpose RF test equipment:Spectrum Analyzer,Signal Generator ,Power Meter,Network Analyzer.
  • Proficient in setting and making basic RF measurement for 1)Cable: loss across frequency 2)Amplifier: Gain, NF, P1dB, IP3, Input/output Return Loss, power consumption 3)Filter: S21, S11, S22
  • Experience in using wireless communications transceiver vector signal analyzer test equipment: 1)Vector Signal Analyzer (VSA) 2)Vector Signal Generator (VSG)
  • Familiar wireless communications transceiver test parameters such as ACLR, EVM, spectral mask, channel power, sensitivity, etc.
  • Experience in developing ATE (Automated Test Equipment).
  • Prepare and Analyse Radio Conformance test report for validated Radio Products
