The company is looking to support the development of product messaging and marketing materials that clearly explain the value and differentiation of our products and solutions, in a way that is both well-written and focused on customer benefits.
Prepare written content for inbound marketing initiatives (blog posts, webinars, case studies, how-to videos, etc.)
Improve the written articulation of product and portfolio positioning and value propositions, aligned to advertiser goal
Create or maintain writing resources such as templates, style guides, and approved messaging documents for internal teams
Work with business stakeholders including content, brand, and product marketing teams, legal, and PR to ensure your messaging best practices align with business and brand positioning
Do content strategy, messaging, and writing for advertising technology or software products (or similar B2B copywriting experience)
Participate in content planning and ideation meetings
Maintain content calendar
Plan, schedule, and conduct customer interviews with SME’s (subject matter experts) to gain knowledge and create written and video content
5 years’ experience in copy writing, journalism, technical writing, or related discipline
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related discipline
