We are currently identifying an Inside Sales Lead/Manager, who is responsible to generate quality leads that have a high closure probability. You will work closely with the team responsible for bringing in new customers, set targets, and define the future road map for the team. This position will work in close collaboration with marketing, sales, and product and aim to increase the volume and improve the quality of new business for our company.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the inside sales representative's team including target setting.
- Suggest and implement improvements in the sales administration process
- Report on sales metrics and suggest improvements
- Prepare sales forecasts
- Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement
- Ensure sales, finance, and legal policies and procedures are met
-10 years plus inside sales/ business development experience; of which at least 5 years as an individual contributor
-Exposure to global technology platforms and experiences in working with multi-cultural teams
-Experience using ZOHO or other CRM
-Excellent communication skills
-You are a clear, concise, and compelling storyteller across written, verbal, and visual
-Prior work experience in B2B sales is plus
