Hands on experience on 5G / 4G conformance 3GPP spec 38.523 36.523.
Hands-on problem solver, and be able to propose processes, methodologies and procedures to continuously improve quality.
Expertise on debugging of Access Stratum and Non-Access Stratum layer protocol modules with Test and Programming skills in C/C++ will be added advantage.
Experience working on 5G/LTE/UMTS test simulators like Anite, R&S, Anritsu.

Required Qualification and experience:
BS / MS / BE / B. Tech (Electronics and Communications, Electrical Engineering)
5-8 Years of experience in the telecom industry with first-hand experience in establishing new product lines in wireless.
Ensure 4G/5G wireless base transceiver stations meet established performance quality standards.
Good understanding of overall Wireless systems with emphasis on PHY, MAC, RLC, RRC and PDCP layers.
Strong knowledge in 5G/4G air interface and call processing technologies and network architecture specifically focused on Radio Access Network.Experience with product testing, development of Test Plan and Test Cases
