Job Description:
We are looking for a Scrum Master/Project Manager who will help us in digital transformation of eFreight suite
through a world-class product focused on quality and the customer. will work with the business, key stakeholders
and delivery teams to deliver key products, both internal and customer-facing, using agile principles. This individual
is part of a successful Agile Team that is responsible for the delivery and support of various solutions used to meet
customer needs. The key to the success of this position is partnering with Product Teams, coaching them to ensure
functionality through ongoing understanding of agile practices. The Scrum Master facilitates sprint planning, daily
scrum meetings, prepares and facilitates retrospectives, etc. to support the successful delivery of product backlog work
items. In addition to owning the Scrum Master duties for a team, this position is instrumental in driving cohesive agile
practices across the organization

Key Responsibilities:
 Serves as servant leader for an Agile Team.
 Coach the team on Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe principles & practices. Help remove impediment.
 Plan and setup Agile Ceremonies - Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Retrospective, etc.
 Act as a servant leader including facilitation, situational awareness, and conflict resolution.
 Facilitate daily stand-ups, to monitor sprint progress Coach and mentor the business delivery team in agile frameworks
and principles and fostering the team’s ability to self-organize
 Mediate conflicts to assist the team in making decisions
 Remove sprint road blocks and facilitate solution development with the team
 Supports a culture of continuous process improvement through sprint retrospectives and key indicators around team
 Ensures clear communication and organization of all strategic and business delivery team goals
 Promote transparency and team empowerment across teamsExcellent knowledge of emerging, modern platforms and
tools, using the correct product where appropriate, especially open source and open standards.
 Communicate through email, presentations, informal meetings right across the organization (including executive
team) to share learnings, insight and plans, gathering feedback and influencing in the process.
 Role model self-driven skill development within the team, promoting learning events and facilitating individual
Candidate Profile:
 Bachelors/Masters degree
 Should possess at least 12-15 years of work experience as a Scrum Master in product development environment.
 Excellent communication skills, including an ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical staff
 Certified Scrum Master; Working experience in running an Agile Team as a Scrum Master
 Prior work experience in the Logistics / Supply Chain, ERP industry is an advantage
 Prior work experience in the following will be an advantage:
 Knowledge or experience with Agile Development, JIRA Agile process, Dashboards
 Have good problem solving and facilitation skills
 Great time management and organization skills
 Able to relate to both technical and non-technical people and to negotiate within the allowable parameters of
the product to get the best outcome for the business.
Good to have skills:
 Understanding of logistics industry or Supply chain, ERP domain
 Track record of continued and recent education in Scrum, Kanban and Agile, including training, conferences, user
groups, self-study, etc
