As a Head of the Transformation function for their Global Business Unit, you will be responsible for:-
Driving Transformation programs and projects according to strategic initiatives.
Interfaces with key stakeholders at business area leadership.
Implement and reviews program governance, process, reporting.
Interprets internal and external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes and services.
Solveing complex problems based on sophisticated analytical thought and complex judgment. Use the consultancy approach to navigate the problems at hand and come with solutions thereof.
Provide vision and leadership to Transformation team by coordinating program charter, planning, execution and deliverables with respect to financial and operational KPIs and benefits.
