Position: We are seeking to identify Sales Operations Specialist for their global sales support centre in NOIDA.
Purpose of the role & key responsibilities: -
Sales Enabler; Provide specialized operational support, in close collaboration with Market Units:-
Support all regular reporting and ad hoc initiatives toward market
Contribute to performance analytics and business insights
Funnel/Pipeline & KPIs management
Strategic AP/LR planning
Sales process (Hierarchies/Gates/LOA) and tools (sCRM/sCMD)
Sales operations platforms and customer master data guidance, assistance and support
Assure order intake forecast data quality, integrity and analysis
Provide appropriate Sales Ops support to the frontline (Key user and first line support), being their main point of contact for processes and tools, by owning, documenting and clearly communicating sales process.
Contribute to digitalization of reporting capabilities, automation and transformation
Required Candidate profile
Good knowledge of the Nokia Telecom business and business drivers
Strong skills in understanding sales process, market units business strategy and analytics requirements / governance
Strong Salesforce / Analytics / Visualization tools knowledge
Expert knowledge of Office 365 capabilities
Good communication and negotiation skills
Fluent in English language
Ability to train others on topics and knowledge sharing
Good to have Japanese / Korea language skills
