The Job

Key responsibilities includes:-

  • Change management support, including doing trainings. 
  • Create change management material when needed
  • Update process documentation (SELL process, RACI, swim lanes, CT Handbook, etc)
  • Support tool requirements needed to enable the process (requirements to sCRM)
  • Support template updates where needed (PTA, Win Plan, etc)
  • SME on process to answer question and work through process issues across organizations

  • People Skills: A suitable candidate for this position will also have an ability to establish and maintain strong and effective relationships and partnerships with Market / global teams across organization.
  • Analytical Skillset: Capable of identifying all aspects of a problem and understanding why a problem exists
  • Must have Six Sigma Black Belt certification and hands on experience on techniques like NPI and DFSS.
