Our client is one of the worlds leading technology multinationals. The company offers telecom infrastructure solutions comprising hardware and software products as well as services, which are an integral part of the customers business ecosystem.

We are seeking to identify a Technical PM – Chatbot and Coversational Services for their IT unit in Noida.


Role description:


This role will be responsible for delivering complex multi-generational chatbot and conversational solutions using the Agile project management techniques and tools. He / She would be required to direct, coordinate, implement, execute, control and complete the software projects on cloud platforms such as IBM cloud, MS Azure, AWS


Key Responsibilities: 


  • Interact with the business teams for project management, reporting, deliverables, and day-to-day relationship management
  • Lead & support transition of already developed solution - ensure all round visibility into resourcing, timelines & costs
  • Define detailed project plans and ensure agreement with all stakeholders
  • Define the execution strategy for the project delivery and provide technical leadership to the team
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  • Process management and compliance
  • Project monitoring and management to ensure delivery within time, cost and quality
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Proactively identify potential delivery issues and drives resolution to avoid customer/project impact
  • Manage scope of the project during its execution including change requests.


Candidate Profile:

  • Must have at least 9-15 years of overall work experience, out of which at-least last 5 years should be managing projects/ deliveries in large organizations
  • Hands on experience in managing and delivering enterprise solutions using cloud platforms, APIs, next-gen technology frameworks and enterprise patterns is a must
  • Hands on experience delivering AI powered chatbot/digital assistants applications using the likes of IBM Watson, Microsoft LUIS, Amazon Lex, Google DialogFlow cognitive services or other NLP technologies will be a plus.
  • Must be able to demonstrate good knowledge of AI/chatbot ecosystem and tools
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to lead technical discussions
