As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for creating detailed monthly and ad-hoc and pipeline analysis and reporting for different markets and regions. Responsible for analyzing key business performance KPI's and financial indicators and interpreting the results - leading to "so-what" analysis. Should be detail-oriented with fair knowledge of business KPIs. Creation of periodic reports (charts and PowerPoint presentations)

Salesforce.com Certified Administrator, Manage Users, Data and Security, Build Reports & Dashboards, Training, work in Agile environment.
Overall IT Administrator/DBA experience.
8 to 15 years of experience functioning as a senior (or only) Salesforce.com Administrator for Enterprise edition or higher preferably Lightning Unlimited edition (preferably at mid to large, multi-dimensional organization).
Salesforce Certified Administrator certification (ADM 201) is a must.
Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator certification (ADM 301) desired.
Proficiency with Salesforce.com data management tools including Data Loader.
Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards.
Troubleshooting user issues, Maintain user Roles and Profiles, Security settings, Access settings etc.
Business Analyst support for release management activity, testing and writing defects, regression testing, testing bug/fixes to see if it meets business needs
