As the Head of Talent & Development, you will work in partnership with senior leaders and key stakeholders across the business to proactively deliver creative solutions, manage and lead change, provide consultancy, coaching and guidance to drive a high performing culture.
Key Deliverables will include :
You must have a master's degree with a focus in Management Development or Human Resources and 15+ years in creating and implementing strategies for improving leadership, organisational development and learning, and leadership development in a large, distributed set.
Deep knowledge and demonstrated results in implementing innovative techniques as well as excellent visualisation and communication skills are essential.
Knowledge of current tools, techniques and technologies in the area is a critical must-have
