The Job:

A leading integrated telecom infrastructure company with an end-to-end portfolio comprising manufactured products, structured solutions and integrated services looking for a Customer Relationship Management specialist well connected with customers and with the following skill sets:

  1. Aware of the geography having handled the project execution in past
  2. One should be well versed in the value delivered to customers and the problems customers are trying to solve.
  3. The customer relationship manager will not only solve customer requests but will proactively offer ideas and insights to improve the customer's issues and challenges.
  4. The customer relationship manager will follow up on every issue and ensure complete satisfaction and maximum utilization of the product or services sold to customers.
  5. Taking up the project related issues to customer & ensuring customer support.
  6. Developing CRM Strategy Project
  7. Planning the implementation of CRM activities
  8. Coordination of collaborative CRM activities with clients
  9. Redressal of customer related issues, complaints & requirements in a timely manner
  10. Creating/Inculcating a culture of customer delight.
  11. Ensuring High CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) score.
  12. Creating excellent customer relation.


Your Profile:


BE/B-Tech / M-Tech / MBA (preferable) with 10-12 years of experience.

Excellent communication and listening skills

Confidence and Presentation skills.

Ability to analyse and research information.

Ability to explain complex information clearly and simply
