We are seeking to identify an Customer Service Specialist for company’s Global Services Delivery organization to be based in Bangalore.
Key Responsibilities Area :
Ø Recreate the issues in the lab environment to provide development with the correct analysis to debug the issue
Ø Able to prepare test environments, including monitoring equipment to find the root cause of customer issues
Ø Provide Level 3 outage support where you will be working against the clock in front of the customer to resolve the outage
Ø Attend internal calls with development / test to discuss issues and provide feedback
Ø Work with Systems Engineers to understand requirements to address issues and to provide improvements
Ø Ensure the technical integrity of the end to end Small Cells / 5G network.
Ø Resolve customer trouble tickets within quality guidelines
Ø Bachelor’s degree in engineering, in Electronics, Telecommunication, Computer Science, Information Technologies
Ø More than 3 years telecommunication experience (2G, GSM, SS7, 3G, UMTS, WCDMA, 4G, LTE, 5G, IoT, NB-IoT, Femto, Small Cells)
Ø Strong development or test or system engineering experience
Ø Good Understanding of End to End 3G/LTE / 5G Telecom network
Ø Excellent knowledge of 3GPP specifications & E2E call flows
Ø Strong knowledge of the 3G, 4G/LTE protocol stacks
Ø Strong KPI analysis and debug experience
Ø Knowledge on Tools like Wireshark, Cell Traces, TCPDump, Core dump
Ø Knowledge on Linux / Unix OS, scripts, network topology, trend analysis, pattern findings is highly desirable
Ø Ability to breakdown a technical issue and explain it clearly to the customer
Ø Degree (or equivalent) in Electronics, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Information Technologies
Ø Knowledge in data network technologies such as TCP/IP, IPv4, IPv6, xDSL, WIFI, Telecom
Ø Desired Knowledge in IP routing protocols such as OSPF, BGP, LDP and MPLS (RSVP/LDP) protocols
