The Role

As a Group Manager you need to manage sales for the Retail Client & Manage a team of Account Managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Collection target allocation to account managers & regular monitoring of Ad sales revenue achievements
  • Closure of corporate deals along with team
  • Handling a team of Account Managers & monitoring team’s clients
  • Managing agency relationships:
  1. Identifying agencies
  2. Maintaining healthy client relationship
  • Interacting with corporate clients:
  1. Creating briefs according to clients needs
  2. Ensuring timely delivery of briefs
  • Coordinating and integrating with the Programming & Creative Solutions team.
  • New Business Development
  • Train & motivate team


Desired Profile:

  • An MBA with 6-10 Year’s experience.
  • Team Handling Experience.
  • Client Relationship.
