We are seeking to identify a Service Growth Manager - RPA in Noida, in-depth hands-on experience with RPA services and solutions.
Key responsibilities for this role include: -
RPA Services Growth Expert will be responsible for defining, co-ordinating & executing RPA growth plan across companys business groups and other functions (RPA customer constituencies).
1.Own RPA demand funnel creation aligned with RPA growth plans with automation vision of selected RPA customer constituencies
2.Lead assessment of RPA growth areas resulting into RPA opportunities in new and ongoing IT led/supported projects
3.Work closely with key stakeholders in understanding their specific requirements and identifying pain points. Collaborate with the RPA solutions team to create & provide solutions
4.Lead enablement sessions/workshops and development of relevant collaterals
5.Drive RPA demand governance. Engage with key RPA customer constituencies/other stakeholders and maintain excellent relationships
1.Demonstrated ability in identifying automation opportunities and proposing solutions
2.Subject matter expertise on various RPA solutions & other automation technologies
3.Good understanding of Telecom service operations and basic understanding of various horizontal processes (IT, HR, Finance, FnA etc.)
4.Appreciation of machine learning, analytics, cognitive computing, natural language processing etc. and how these can be applied on a real-world business problems
5.Prior experience in either customer consulting pre-sales or business development roles will be a plus
