The Role

As an Account Manager one will be responsible for individual sales for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maximizing sales revenues and achieving given sales targets.
  • Make proposals and agreements.
  • Promoting and selling advertising space on Radio and organizing On-ground activation for clients brand promotions.
  • Negotiating on rates and deliverables of a campaign with the buyers and managers and closing deals.
  • Interacting with clients.
  1. Creating briefs according to clients needs.
  2. Pitching of properties.
  3. Ensuring timely delivery of briefs.
  • Coordinating and integrating with the Programming and the Creative team.
  • Gathering market and customer information.
  • Carrying out research on clients to understand their marketing strategy
  • Keep Business information and customer records up to date and finely tuned

Required skills:

  • Strong direct Sales background.
  • Exceptional interpersonal & communication skills.
  • Good at both written & oral skills.
  • Strategic thinker and should be able to analyse & interpret any given data.
  • Strong client relationships and understanding of client needs & brands.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.

Desired Profile:

  • MBA/ PGDBM preferred with 3-6 years experience.
  • Direct Sales experience in Radio/Media/E-Commerce will be an advantage
  • Should have worked extensively in the local market
