We are seeking to identify Sales Process Transformation Leader for the company's Global Sales Support center in NOIDA.

The position requires close working with frontline and different units enabling strong governance, rapid change management, unifying processes, integrating systems, driving efficiency, automation and leading to cost benefit.

Key responsibilities includes:-

  • Change management support, including doing trainings. 
  • KPI support
  • Create change management material when needed
  • Update process documentation (SELL process, RACI, swim lanes, CT Handbook, etc)
  • Support tool requirements needed to enable the process (requirements to sCRM)
  • Support template updates where needed (PTA, Win Plan, etc)
  • SME on process to answer question and work through process issues across organizations

Key candidate requirements:-

Business/Sales Acumen: The candidate for this position will also have business/sales acumen and will have an ability to remain cool under pressure. Should be able to bring forward thoughtful questions and insights that will enhance the effectiveness of sales.

Interpersonal Skills: Self-motivated, have an ability to work comfortably in a group setting, have integrity in every aspect of his work and dealings with others, be flexible and welcoming towards change, have the ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines, and display calmness and composure in uncertain and stressful situations.

Analytical Skillset: Capable of identifying all aspects of a problem and understanding why a problem exists

Understanding to tools like - sCRM, CMD, Office 365, Excel, Powerpoint, Power BI will be helpful

Experience: 15+ Years

Proficiency in managing process at organisation level required.
