Our client, a global Telecom Leader in the networks space is seeking to identify a Fault Management Specialist / Engineer – RAN –at their global delivery centre in Bangalore.
Profile: Engineering Graduates with 4-12 years of experience in RAN domain.
o Tier 2 Trouble shooting support for alarms during integration phase
o Remote support for FE during integration and Troubleshooting by call
o Network Monitoring for Alarms and KPI for all Network Elements.
o Analysis of RAN alarms and prompt troubleshooting
o Understands FM main interfaces including: Field Operations, i.e. not
only within NOC/GNOC
o Manages/Uses the Alarm Management processes and tools to detect,
o Assign the problems in line with Operator SLAs
o The role will involve work in the Network Operations Centre on a 24x7
shift Rota basis.
o escalating trouble tickets, both technical and management.
o Alarm Monitoring, KPI monitoring ,Fault Localization/Correction/Verification*
o Ensures planned outages are carried out/rolled back in maintenance window
o Configuration changes of 2G,3G& 4G sites and Troubleshooting of new sites integration issues
