We are seeking to identify a key resource who will head delivery operations for the company’s global IT and Network Infrastructure, including IP networks.  

Reponsibilities : -

The role will cover all aspects of delivery for IT Infrastructure & Networks, including :

  • Delivery & SLA management
  • Internal client relationship management
  • Escalation management
  • Vendor management
  • Demand Planning and Resource management
  • Project management
  • Financial management

 

You will be required to build and sustain effective communications with all stakeholders and cross-functional teams in order to maximize the customer experience, as well as identify potential issues and drive resolution to avoid customer impact.

Desired Skills and Experience include: -

  • Experience leading delivery management for an I.T. Operations organization.
  • Experience in infrastructure including IP Networking and related services
  • Service Delivery management for large customers - SLA achievement and high level of customer satisfaction
  • Extensive experience in end user computing space to understand about user issues that can impact user productivity
  • Good exposure to project management methodologies and ability to manage projects
  • Extensive experience in ITIL processes- Incident management, change management, problem management, service request, configuration management.

Qualification requirements for this role: -

  • Bachelor’s Degree Information Technology with 15-20 years of experience, including a global footprint
  • 10+ years Leadership Experience with IT Service Delivery Management
